Manual therapy is the work we do together to help how you stand and to restructure your body.
It is designed to powerfully shift your body out of pain. Instead of just temporarily resolving your pain, we will address how and why it happens in order to keep the same old pains and tensions from coming back again and again.

Myofascial Movement Training
Myofascial training  the key to sustainable athleticism and are the tools to carry into any sport or playing with your child.

Timur has an amazing sense for how our bodies move as a whole, and has developed a suite of powerful techniques for shifting us into different, and better, patterns.

I was just describing to a friend today the difference between going to Timur for athletic aches and pains and going to a doctor. The doctor took an X-Ray, noticed thinning of surfaces on one part of one knee, and said take ibuprophen and be ready for knee replacement if/when the pain gets too bad. In contrast, Timur looked at my walk, and started reposturing work and work on my gait to help get my walk feeling more natural and easy.  Clearly the pain was causing weird motion which was causing more pain.  AND...  turns out the joint pain was just ligament pain at the joint. Which Timur relieves in 10 seconds with a vibrator on the knee.

It's a revelation.
